We had a great wedding in Gabrium in May 2023. It's a wonderful location for this purpose because everything is in one place and nobody has to drive around a lot: church or civil wedding in the garden, a wonderful park for the time after the wedding with lots of space (for children) and greenery. The celebration and dinner with a band in the wonderful former reading room of the monastery was unique. The latter has been fantastically renovated and is an atmospheric highlight. The food was excellent. The ingredients and drinks are from the region and organic, you could taste it and everyone was thrilled.
The guests can then spend the night in the great guest house/hotel and then enjoy the wonderful breakfast (with the bride and groom) the next day. It was an unforgettable celebration and a wonderful location! Biggest recommendation!
